Welcome to Shanti Yoga

Shanti3 Yoga Studio is a peaceful, beautiful and open space where you can experience the transformative and healing practice of yoga. Our classes provide you with a whole mind-body-heart experience through the practice of breath, movement and awareness.


Yoga can help us learn to build awareness about how our thoughts, reactions and emotions are carried and stored within the body. When we come into stillness in any pose there is a moment when breath, body, mind and heart are one. This moment has within it the potential for inner peace, for awareness, and compassion. This healing and transformative practice can help you make positive changes both on and off the mat.


Making yoga accessible to the community is one of our main goals and in this spirit we offer a variety of classes from a Kripalu Gentle Yoga, Ying Yang Yoga, Kundalini to Gentle Restorative and Yoga Nidra Meditation classes. So, whether you are an experienced practitioner, a beginner, healing from an injury, or looking for a relaxing and meditative experience we are the studio for you.


Our instructors are dedicated and Registered Yoga Instructors with a wide range of experience and are here to share their experience, knowledge and inspiration with you. They are devoted to their own personal practice and are committed to helping you cultivate a meaningful and joyful practice to increase physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
